AUTOAUDIT360 provides an online platform for pre-purchase vehicle inspections. Our services include:

• Vehicle inspection booking and scheduling
• Connection with certified inspection technicians
• Detailed inspection reports with photos and AI analysis
• 3D vehicle visualization
• Payment processing for inspection services

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• You will provide accurate and truthful information
• Your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4.2 Account Types

• Client: Request and receive vehicle inspections
• Technician: Certified inspectors who perform inspections (requires approval)
• Administrator: Platform management (internal use only)

5. Inspection Services

5.1 Booking Process

• Clients submit inspection requests with vehicle details and location
• A certified technician is assigned based on availability and location
• Technician performs on-site inspection
• Detailed report is generated and delivered to client

5.2 Inspection Scope

Our standard inspection includes 150+ checkpoints covering:

• Exterior condition and body damage
• Interior condition and functionality
• Mechanical systems
• Electrical systems
• Tires and brakes
• Engine and transmission

5.3 Limitations

Inspections are based on visible conditions and do not include:

• Dismantling or invasive testing
• Road testing (unless specifically arranged)
• Hidden defects not visible during inspection
• Future mechanical failures

6. Pricing and Payment

• Prices are displayed before booking and vary by location and vehicle type
• Payment is required at the time of booking
• All payments are processed securely via Stripe
• Prices include VAT where applicable

6.1 Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before scheduled inspection
• 50% refund for cancellations within 24 hours
• No refund for no-shows or same-day cancellations

7. Technician Requirements

Certified technicians must:

• Complete application and verification process
• Demonstrate relevant automotive experience
• Maintain required equipment and tools
• Follow AUTOAUDIT360 inspection protocols
• Maintain professional conduct and quality standards

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Provide false or misleading information
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated systems without permission
• Harass technicians or other users

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AUTOAUDIT360 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific inspection service in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain.
